This law REQUIRES every person in America to purchase Health Care Insurance & the Insurance must be approved by the Government. Too much or too little and you are fined and MUST PAY a Sur Tax.

Don't think you can Cheat or slip by unnoticed. The WORST and most Notorious bill collector in the World is OBAMAS NEW 16,000 + goon squad of IRS AGENTS. You will pay the IRS & the IRS pays the Insurance Co.

It is TIME to bring our Sovereign States together for a State ratified & mandated Constitutional Amendments.

This can be done without opening a Congressional Constitution Amendment Session, & the dangers of too many too much wild amendments from Congress.
